  3. What about a seminar series at EPA? Elaina Kenyon will follow-up on this.
  4. Seminar Topics:
    1. Risk analysis careers: This would be best done in the fall according to Chris Frey. Format would be that the speakers would talk about what they do and then open it up for questions.
    2. Acute guidelines/risk assessment: Two speakers lined up: Will Boyes (NHERL-RTP) and George Woodall (NCEA-RTP). Greg Blumenthal is waiting to hear from Ken Brown to discuss categorical regression as the third speaker.
    3. Topic for fall? Bioterrorism is a possibility or we could have a single seminar in late summer or early fall. Rob DeWoskin indicated that Marie Miranda would be available to speak about lead. A seminar will need to be assembled to include her or we could have her come as a single seminar speaker.
  5. Spring Seminar: Elaina Kenyon will see if EPA can be the location; Paul Schlosser will check on CIIT. Time 2 PM to 5 PM with a snack. Date: Week of June 2 (ideally June 4 or 5). Format: three 30 minute talks with a 15 minute break and a 30 minute panel. (Two talks, a break, then a talk and the panel)
  6. Paul Schlosser said the spring poster session at NC State is on April 25 and they are looking for judging. Paul will coordinate this and post to the general membership to get judges.
  7. Communication: Use email as a means of communication for now and then hold meetings as needed.
